摘要
通过1模32腔汽车连接器用防水塞的精密注射模设计,从模具应有的较高设计精度、浇注系统和温控系统、脱模顶出机构等3个方面,重点阐述了精密注射成型时注射模的设计要点和要求。生产实践证明:该模具结构合理,精度可靠,脱模顺利,成型周期短,塑件质量满足使用要求。
In this article, through 32 cavities 1 mold quoting waterproof connector plug ofprecision injection mold design, mold should be from the higher design accuracy, gating systemand temperature control system, ejector mechanism three aspects, expounds the precisioninjection molding injection mold design key points and requirements. Production practice provesthat the mold structure is reasonable, accuracy and reliable, stripping smoothly, molding cycle isshort, plastic parts quality meets the requirement.
