摘要
以某空调面框研究为案例,针对带有网格的框形薄壁塑件容易出现的缩痕问题,首先构建空调面框三维模型,建立浇道系统和冷却流道。在运用数值模拟和4水平正交试验L_(16)(4~6为4水平6因素)的基础上,利用信噪比中的望小特性,以注射时间、模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间为设计变量。采用均值分析和方差分析技术得到各参数对缩痕指数的影响显著性:保压压力>熔体温度>保压时间>冷却时间>模具温度>注射时间;并获得了稳健最优的工艺参数组合A_4B_3C_1D_2E_3F_1,最后通过Mold Flow软件模拟验证其正确性,得到缩痕指数降低为3.054%。同时得到的推荐的螺杆速度可以指导实践生产。
