摘要
在燃气炉中高温加热的中小型钢质锻件,始锻温度和终锻温度"失真现象"较为严重。针对始锻温度和终锻温度符合性确认的锻造理论与实践难题,特提出了一种始锻温度符合性确认的"目测观察法+高温加热仪表显示法+加热时间控制法"和终锻温度符合性确认的"目测观察法+锻造操作时间控制法"的新理论和新方法,可"快、准、全"地确认始锻温度和终锻温度,符合性确认准确率高达100%。
