温针灸治疗脑卒中认知障碍患者的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Warm Needling Method on Patients with Cognitive Impairment after Stroke

目的:探讨温针灸在脑卒中认知障碍患者治疗中的疗效。方法:回顾分析本院2015年1月~2016年3月80例因脑卒中导致的认知障碍患者临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与试验组,对照组患者接受西医康复措施,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用温针灸。比较2组患者治疗前后认知功能、认知功能障碍发生情况、日常生活能力。结果:治疗后2组患者认知功能评分均明显好于治疗前;试验组患者认知功能评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。试验组患者认知功能障碍发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。试验组患者ADL评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:温针灸可显著改善脑卒中认知障碍患者认知功能,提高日常生活能力,值得推荐使用。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect observation of warm needling method on patients with cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods： 80 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods. Control group was given western medicine rehabilitation, observation group was plus warm needling method based on control group. Cognitive function, cognition impairment, ADL of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： Cognitive function scores of the two groups after treatment were obviously better than before treatment; cognitive function scores of observation group was obviously higher than control group, the difference was statistic significant. Occurrence rate of cognition impairment of observation group was obviously lower than control group, the difference was statistic significant. ADL of observation group was obviously higher than control group, the difference was statistic significant. Conclusion： Warm needling method can improve cognitive function of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke, it can also improve ADL and is worthy of wide application.
