摘要 现网终端质量良莠不齐,终端网络性能评估已成为运营商新的研究课题,文章从终端可用性、及时性、稳定性三个维度,建立基于大数据的LTE终端性能栅格化评估体系,挖掘并解决现网终端与网络、业务的适配性问题,提升用户感知;输出质差终端排名及问题报告,为客服人员快速处理终端相关投诉提供支撑;输出各价位终端网络表现排名,为市场部门制定终端政策提供参考。 The terminals are in different quality, thus the terminal network performance evaluation has become the new research subject of operators. From the terminal availability, timeliness, and the stability, this paper established an LTE terminal performance raster evaluation system based on big data. It is used to mine and solve the suitability of current network terminals, network, business problems, and enhance the user perception. The raster evaluation system can output quality difference terminal ranking and the problem report, provide supporting for the customer service personnel to deal with the terminal related complaints quickly. The ranking of terminal price can provide reference for market departments to make terminal policies.
