支气管镜下肺泡冲洗治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床价值研究

Study on clinical value of bronchoalveolar lavage under bronchoscopy in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

目的分析支气管镜下肺泡冲洗治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床价值。方法 200例社区获得性肺炎患者,采用信封法随机分为常规组与实验组,各100例。常规组采取基础治疗方案,实验组在常规组基础上加用支气管镜下肺泡冲洗治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组体温恢复正常、咳嗽咳痰消失、肺部啰音消失、住院时间均明显短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者白细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显优于常规组的81.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区获得性肺炎患者采取纤维支气管镜下肺泡冲洗治疗的效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of bronchoalveolar lavage under bronchoscopy in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Methods A total of 200 community acquired pneumonia patients were divided by envelope method into conventional group and experimental group, with 100 cases in each group. The conventional group received basic treatment regimen, and the experimental group received bronchoalveolar lavage under bronchoscopy on the basis of the conventional group. Treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had obviously shorter time of body temperature returned to normal, cough and expectoration disappeared, pulmonary rale disappeared, and hospitalization than the conventional group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in white blood count（P〉0.05）. The experimental group had obviously better total treatment effective rate as 94.00% than 81.00% in the conventional group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage under bronchoscopy provides remarkable effect in the treatment of patients with community acquired pneumonia, and it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients. So it is worthy of clinical practice and promotion.
