PCR技术应用在乙型肝炎检验中的价值探析

Investigation and analysis of value of PCR technology in hepatitis B test

目的分析在乙型肝炎检验中应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术的效果。方法 200例乙型肝炎患者,根据随机抽签法分为观察和对照组,各100例。对照组通过化学发光法进行检验,观察组选择PCR技术进行检验,比较两种方法的诊断准确率。结果观察组诊断准确率为96%,对照组诊断准确率为81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCR技术对于乙型肝炎具有较高的诊断准确率,能够准确检出乙型肝炎病毒,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of polymerase chain reaction（PCR） technology applied in hepatitis B test. Methods A total of 200 hepatitis B test patients were divided by random lottery method into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was tested by chemiluminescence method, and the observation group was tested by PCR technology. The diagnostic accuracy rates of the two methods were compared. Results The observation group had diagnostic accuracy rate as 96%, which was 81% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PCR technology provides higher diagnostic accuracy for hepatitis B, and can accurately detect hepatitis B virus. So it is worthy of wide application.
