早期康复护理模式应用于脑梗死患者的效果观察

Effect observation of early rehabilitation nursing model applied in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨早期康复护理模式应用于脑梗死患者的效果。方法 78例脑梗死患者,依照入院先后顺序随机分成研究组和常规组,各39例。常规组实施常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上开展早期康复护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果护理后,研究组生活能力、运动能力及神经功能缺损评分均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总有效率为87.2%,显著高于常规组的64.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组很满意20例,满意17例,不满意2例,总满意度94.9%;常规组很满意14例,满意16例,不满意9例,总满意度76.9%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者在病情稳定后开展早期康复护理,可有效促进患者功能康复,提高患者生活质量,且可提升护理满意度,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing model applied in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 78 patients with cerebral infarction were divided by admission order into research group and conventional group, with 39 cases in each group. The conventional group received conventional nursing, and the research group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the conventional group. Clinical nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the research group had better living ability, motor ability and neurological impairment score than the conventional group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. the research group had obviously higher total nursing effective rate as 87.2% than 64.1% in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The research group had 20 extremely satisfied cases, 17 satisfied cases and 2 unsatisfied cases, with total satisfaction degree as 94.9%,while the conventional group had 14 extremely satisfied cases, 16 satisfied cases and 9 unsatisfied cases, with total satisfaction degree as 76.9%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For cerebral infarction patients with stable condition, early rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the functional rehabilitation of patients, improve their quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is of great clinical significance.
