针对性护理在社区儿童预防接种工作中的应用效果

目的探究针对性护理在社区儿童预防接种工作中的应用效果。方法 126例在社区儿童预防接种中心接受接种儿童,随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性护理。比较两组不良反应发生率及接种配合程度、疼痛率、依从性、满意度情况。结果对照组不良反应发生率为22.22%,明显高于观察组的4.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组儿童接种配合程度率、依从性、满意度均低于观察组,疼痛率高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理能够有效提高社区儿童预防接种的配合程度及依从性,减轻接种疼痛,减少接种后不良反应发生率,增加儿童家长满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in vaccination work of community children. Methods A total of 126 vaccinated children in community child vaccination centers were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on incidence of adverse reactions, vaccination cooperation degree, pain rate, compliance and satisfaction condition between two groups. Results The control group had obviously higher incidence of adverse reactions as 22.22% than 4.76% in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The control group had lower vaccination cooperation rate, pain, compliance and satisfaction degree than the observation group and higher pain rate than the observation group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively improve cooperation and compliance of vaccination in community children, relief vaccination pain, reduce incidence of adverse reaction after vaccination, and increase the satisfaction of children＇s parents.
