纳米CaCO_3对水泥性能的影响

摘要 试验研究了纳米CaCO_3对水泥胶砂性能的影响。将纳米CaCO_3以1.0%、2.0%和4.0%等量取代水泥的试验结果表明,纳米CaCO_3对水泥标准稠度用水量影响不大;使初凝时间略有缩短,终凝时间显著缩短;对水泥安定性无不良影响;使水泥胶砂7 d抗折强度提高,14 d抗折强度变化不明显,28 d抗折强度降低;7 d、14 d和28 d抗压强度均有提高,尤其对早期抗压强度影响显著。从经济的角度考虑,纳米CaCO_3的最优掺量为2%。 This paper researches the effect of nano CaCO_3 on the properties of cement mortar,with 1%,2% and 4% equivalent nano CaCO_3 replacing cement.The result shows that nano CaCO_3 has little effect on the water amount of cement standard consistency; the initial setting time is a bit shortened,the final setting time is greatly shortened; there is no adverse effects on the stability of cement; the flexural strength of 7 d increases; the flexural strength change of 14 d is not obvious,the flexural strength of 28 d decreases,and the compressive strength of 7 d,14 d and 28 d all increase,especially for early compressive strength. From the economic point of view,the optimum amount of nano CaCO_3 is 2%.
