摘要
在古泊河大桥中使用U-PAVE10双层超薄铺装,进行了混合料设计、施工和后续检测。优化采用2.5 cm+3 cm U-PAVE10超薄铺装混合料作为桥面铺装层;通过配合比设计,得出最佳油石比为5.5%,理论最大相对密度2.620;拌合、运输、摊铺、碾压效果较好;取芯、渗水、摩擦系数及平整度试验通过。形成了一整套U-PAVE10超薄铺装施工工艺和工后验评标准。
By using the U-PAVE10 double layer thin pavement in Gupo River Bridge, the mixture design, construction and subsequent detection are carried out. The 2.5 cm+3 cm U-PAVE10 thin pavement mixture is taken as the optimized bridge deck pavement; through the mixture design, the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio is 5.5%, the maximum theoretical relative density is 2.620; mixing, transport, paving and rolling have good effects; coring, water seepage, friction coefficient and roughness test. Formed A set of U-PAVE10 thin pavement construction technology and posttest evaluation criteria is formed.
