摘要
将烟气加热器应用于机组脱硝系统,以期降低脱硝系统耗电量。以平顶山姚孟发电有限责任公司#5、#6机组为例,对脱硝系统耗电量偏大的原因进行分析,得出主要影响因素为"脱硝电加热耗热量"。通过增加烟气加热器,将脱硝系统耗电量由5.31×10~5 k Wh降至同行业水平的0.283×10~5 k Wh;通过配置联锁启动电加热逻辑,确保热解炉出口温度在允许范围内。此次技术改造安全、有效,年预计节约成本100万元以上。
The flue gas heater is applied into the unit denitration system for the reduction of the power consumption of the denitrification system. The Pingdingshan Yaomeng Electric Power #5, #6 units are taken as examples for the reason analysis, deducing that the main factor of excessive power consumption is “denitration electric heat consumption”. By installing the flue gas heater, the power consumption is reduced from 5.31 × 105 kWh to the same industrial level 0.283 × 105 kWh; by setting up the interlocking electric heating logic, the outlet temperature of the pyrolysis furnace is within the allowable range. Such a technological transformation is safe and effective, and it is estimated that the annual cost savings is more than 1 million RMB.
