Building New Types of Think Tanks with Integrated Measures: The Practices of Constructing New Types of Think Tanks in the Party School of CPC Henan Province Committee

[目的/意义]党校是我国智库版图中的一个重要组成部分,本文系统分析了中共河南省委党校在智库建设中的实践探索,力图为地方党校智库的建设提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]运用文本分析、实地调查和案例分析的方法,本文对中共河南省委党校开展新型智库建设的措施进行了梳理,对相关经验进行了总结。[结果/结论 ]通过采用综合性的措施,中共河南省委的党校的智库影响力在不断提升,但智库建设是一个长期和持续的过程,对此既需要我们具有担当的勇气,又需要我们怀有良好的期望。

[Purpose/signifcance] The party school is an important component of Chinese think tanks. This paper analyzes the practices of constructing new types of think tanks in the Party School of CPC Henan Province Committee, in order to draw some lessons for other local party schools. [Method/process] This paper summarized the measures and experience in the process of constructing new types of think tanks in the Party School of CPC Henan Province Committee through various research methods, such as text analysis, feld investigation and case analysis. [Result/conclusion] The think tank impact of the Party School of CPC Henan Province Committee is enhanced through employing integrated measures; however, the construction of think tanks is a constant process, requiring us not only to have enough courage but also make good wishes.
