Analysis of the Operational Mechanism, Research Output and Main Characteristics of Center for Strategic and International Studies

[目的/意义]分析美国战略与国际研究中心的运行机制、研究产出以及主要特点,为我国新型智库建设提供参考与借鉴。[方法/过程]主要采用案例研究和网站调研等方法,参考战略与国际研究中心发布的相关成果及活动介绍等,同时参考智库相关的研究文献,对战略与国际研究中心的成立与定位、运营机制、研究内容及成果产出、主要特点等进行分析。[结果/结论 ]战略与国际研究中心在研究视野、运营机制、技术方法、研究产出形式等方面,都对我国新型智库建设具有重要参考价值。

[Purpose/signifcance] This paper aims to introduce the operational mechanism, research output and main characteristics of CSIS so as to provide the reference for the construction of China’s think tanks with Chinese characteristics. [Method/process] With the case study and website research methods, related data was collected. According to the research publications, the introduction of activities and related think tank literature, it analyzed the establishment and positioning, operational mechanism, research output and main characteristics of CSIS. [Result/conclusion] It shows that CSIS has important reference value for the construction of China’s think tanks in terms of its research feld, operational mechanism, technical method and research output forms.
