基于博弈论视角的中国企业技术获取型对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应研究

A Study on Reverse Technology Spillover Effect of China Enterprise's TSFDI from the Perspective of Game Theory

近年来,伴随着我国对外开放局面的优化和自主创新能力的提升,国内企业技术获取型对外直接投资蓬勃发展起来,对我国经济转型和结构调整产生了深远影响。为此以博弈论为研究工具,构建包含母国和东道国两厂商的博弈模型,探讨了我国企业技术获取型对外直接投资逆向技术溢出的行为特征、动机及收益。研究结果表明:我国企业对外直接投资存在明显的技术获取动机,且在这种动机的引导下通过逆向技术溢出效应显著地影响了母国及厂商的技术水平和收益,并提出了政策建议以期更好地发展技术获取型对外直接投资。

In recent years, along with the optimization of China＇s opening up situation and the improvement of domestic independent innovation ability, the domestic enterprises＇ TSFDI is booming,exerting a far-reaching influence on China＇s economic transformation and structural adjustment. Thus this paper takes game theory as a research tool, constructing the game model contains both home and host country manufacturer to discuss the behavior characteristic、motivation and benefits of TSFDI reverse technology spillover effect. The research results show that China enterprise＇s OFDI has obvious technology acquisition motive, and influence home country and manufacture＇s technology level and profit significantly through the reverse technology spillover effect under this motive, the paper finally proposes policy recommendations to better develop the TSFDI.
