摘要
根据江西某厂陶瓷废料的化学成分组成,设计工艺配方和控制参数,采用XRD和SEM对原料和试块的矿物相组成和微观形貌进行分析并测试相关的物理性能。得出如下结论:陶瓷废料SiO_2活性大,能快速将石灰、水泥一次水化形成的Ca(OH)_2二次水化为C-S-H水化硅酸钙;陶瓷废料AAC中含有大量结晶良好的叶片状和柳叶状托勃莫来石;陶瓷废料AAC可达到B05级优等品要求且质量稳定。
According to the chemical composition of ceramic waste from the factory in Jiangxi, the design recipeand control parameters were designed. The composition and microstructure of raw materials and the block were ana-lyzed by XRD and SEM. The related physical properties were analyzed. It was concluded that Ca(OH)_2 was hydratedto C-S-H hydrated calcium silicate by rapid hydration of lime and cement. Ceramic waste AAC can meet the re-quirements of B05 grade superior products and stable quality. Ceramic waste AAC contains a large number of well-crystallized leaf-like and willow-like tobermorite.
