摘要
文章主要研究一株具有较强群体感应抑制活性的海洋放线菌106的最佳培养条件,测定该菌株在不同培养时间、温度、pH、转速以及碳氮源下菌株代谢物的产量和群体感应抑制活性。研究发现,在各种不同培养条件的处理组中,不同氮源对菌株代谢物的产生和群体感应抑制活性影响最大。黄豆粉是最佳氮源,以6‰黄豆粉为氮源时,菌株106的代谢物产量为44 mg/L,粗提物在浓度为500μg/片时对群体感应抑制活性指示菌紫色杆菌的紫色素抑制半径达7.8 mm。这一结果为进一步研究106代谢产物的性质以及大批量发酵获取粗提物提供了依据。
This paper mainly studies the most optimum culture condition of a marine actinomycetes 106 articles with strong quorum sensing inhibitory activity. The output and quorum sensing inhibitory activity of the metabolite are tested at different incubation time, temperature, pH, speed and carbon and nitrogen sources. The study found that treatment group in different culture conditions, different nitrogen sources on metabolite production and quorum sensing inhibitory activity has the greatest infuence. Soybean powder is the best nitrogen source, taking 6‰ soybean powder as nitrogen source, metabolites yield of strain 106 is 44 mg/L, the inhibitory activity of crude extracts is 500 μg per piece, and the inhibitory radius of purple pigment is 7.8 mm. These results provide a basis for further study on the properties of 106 metabolites and obtain bulk fermentation crude extracts.
