Nuclear fusion refers to the formation of new and heavier nuclei by the mass of atoms, mainly deuterium or tritium, under certain conditions (such as ultra-high temperature and high pressure) of the energy released by a form of nuclear reaction. This paper frst elaborates the basic principles of nuclear fusion, analyzes the raw materials of nuclear fusion, and introduces and prospects the application of nuclear fusion.
