摘要
近年来,3D打印技术被广泛应用于临床医学领域,主要是由于其能以不同患者不同需求为依据,快速、精确且有针对性地制备出具有个性化的生物医用高分子材料,同时,还能够精确控制高分子材料的微观结构。然而,该技术在高分子材料的应用过程中,由于原材料等诸多方面的限制,其所能获得的医用材料价格比较昂贵且无法开展大规模的应用。因此,在原料的选择方面,应注重生物相容性。鉴于此,文章在概述生物相容性的基础上,简要介绍了3D打印技术和高分子材料,进而对我国生物相容性的3D打印用高分子材料进行了综述,以期为未来生物医学应用的发展提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years, 3D printing technology has been widely used in the feld of clinical medicine, mainly because of its different needs of different patients based on the rapid, accurate and targeted to prepare a personalized biomedical polymer materials, at the same time, but also to precisely control the microstructure of polymer materials. However, the technology in the application of polymer materials in the process, due to many aspects of raw materials and other restrictions, they can get the price of medical materials is relatively expensive and can not carry out large-scale applications. Therefore, in the choice of raw materials, should pay attention to biocompatibility. In this paper, based on the overview of biocompatibility, briefy introduces the 3D printing technology and polymer materials, and then summarizes the biocompatible polymer materials for 3D printing in China, with a view to providing reference for the future biomedical application development.
