摘要
文章研究了合成扁桃酸的工艺,并使用SPSS软件对扁桃酸的合成反应选择最优反应条件;以苯甲醛和氯仿为原料,以叔胺(三乙胺)作为相转移催化剂,采用了与传统制备方法不同的相转移催化二氯卡宾法来制备扁桃酸,并对反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对实验的影响进行探讨。结果表明,以三乙胺为催化剂,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为7 h,催化剂用量为5 m L时制备扁桃酸的效果较好。文章采用SPSS软件进行正交设计选择最佳条件对结果进行分析,在以后选择反应条件时,可以推广使用SPSS软件,处理数据会更加简单方便。
This paper studied the process for synthesis of mandelic acid, and its optimum reaction conditions are selected by using SPSS software, and using benzaldehyde and chloroform as raw material by a tertiary amine(three triethylamine)as phase transfer catalyst, this paper adopts the phase transfer catalysis two chlorine CABBEEN method different with the traditional preparation method to prepare mandelic acid, and the infuence of reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst amount on the test is discussed. The results show that with three ethylamine as catalyst, when the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the reaction time is 7 h, and the amount of catalyst is 5 mL, the preparation of mandelic acid is better. Based on the analysis results, this paper uses SPSS software to do orthogonal design and analyzws the results by selection of the best conditions, when the reaction conditions are chosen in the future, the SPSS software can be promoted to use, the data processing will be more simple and convenient.
