高脂膳食与运动干预对骨骼肌和脑组织内脂肪酸转位酶和脂肪酸转运蛋白1的研究进展

摘要 由于血脑屏障的存在以及外周和中枢组织结构、功能上的差异,导致外周和中枢组织的脂代谢有所不同,而骨骼肌与脑组织在高脂膳食以及运动时对脂代谢的需求应该也会有所不同,故高脂膳食和运动可能对骨骼肌及脑组织内脂肪酸转运蛋白存在差异性影响。对近年来高脂膳食与运动干预对骨骼肌和脑组织内脂肪酸转位酶和脂肪酸转运蛋白1影响的相关研究进行综述,以期为这方面的研究提供参考。 Due to the presence of blood-brain barrier and the difference between structure and function of peripheral and central groups,the lipid metabolism of peripheral and central tissues is different,the need for lipid metabolism in skeletal muscle and brain tissue should also be somewhat different with high fat diet and exercise.so the effects of high fat diet and exercise on fatty acid transport protein may exist the differences in skeletal muscle and brain tissue.This paper reviewed the recent studies on the effects of high fat diet and exercise on fatty acid translocase and fatty acid transport protein 1 in skeletal muscle and brain tissue,in order to provide reference for research in these aspects.
