摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对2017年中国大学生棒垒球联赛总决赛华南分赛赛前备战和比赛期间高校棒球队运动员的专项身体素质特征进行调查分析,旨在为提高大学生棒球运动员专项素质以及提高训练水平提供参考。
By using the expert interview and questionnaire survey,this article research on the college baseball player special quality structure and characteristics of the college students in 2017,the baseball team in the Southern China area,according to the particularity of college baseball players,intuitive training combined with the feasibility and evaluation of the characteristics of the athletes’special physical quality investigation and analysis,to explore how to evaluate the quality of college students and special baseball players to improve the level of training.
