我国青少年篮球教练员成长模式及现实困境的研究

A research of the growth model and realistic predicament of youth basketball coaches in China

摘要 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对我国青少年篮球教练员成长模式及现实困境两个方面进行研究,结果显示:(1)我国青少年篮球教练员成长模式呈多元化,较欧美教练的成长缺少良好的文化知识或运动经历;(2)青少年篮球教练员整体文化水平不理想;(3)我国青少年教练员培养管理体系是一种单一的、自上而下的垂直管理模式,缺乏良好的监督与保障机制;(4)课程目标设置不合理,与实际不符,培训内容陈旧,且评价指标不具体,考核制度不完善。以此提出相应的建议,旨在为我国青少年篮球教练员的良好成长提供参考。 By using literature and expert interview methods,the paper studied the growth model and realistic predicament of Chinese youth basketball coaches,the results show:(1)the growth model of youth basketball coaches diversifies and lacks the good literacy or sports experience compared with those who are from Europe and America;(2)the overall educational level of Chinese youth basketball coaches is unsatisfactory;(3)the training and management system of Chinese youth basketball coaches is a single and top-down management model and lacks good supervision and guarantee mechanism;(4)the curriculum goals are unreasonable and unrealistic with unspecific evaluating indicator and incomplete examination system.Based on the above conclusions,several suggestions are provided as the references for the growth of Chinese teenagers.
