摘要
为加强内部管理,提升执行力,长江委水文局长江三峡水文水资源勘测局绩效考评团队自2005年以来进行了多年的探索。结合近年开发的OA(办公自动化)管理信息系统,形成以安全、质量、进度等为主要考评指标的执行力评价体系,契合三峡局管理现状,对薄弱环节有针对性,实施后执行力显著提高,对支撑事业、经济发展和单位文化建设起到了积极作用。
In order to improve internal management and executive force, Geological Bureau of Yangtze Three Gorge Hydrology and Water Resources has conducted years of exploitation since 2005. In the light of OA management information system developed in recent years, an evaluation system with safety, quality and progress as main indicators has been built that takes management situation and weaknesses of the bureau into full consideration. Now the executive force of the bureau has been greatly enhanced and the system has played effective role for supporting hydrology cause development, economic development and culture building.
