Influential Factors of IT Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship Qualities

找到IT类大学生就业创业素质的影响因素,对指导和提升IT类大学生就业创业能力具有十分重要的意义。基于沈阳师范大学和沈阳工程学院的IT类相关专业,自编《IT类大学生就业创业素质调查》问卷,利用SPSS进行可靠性分析形成最终问卷。对1114个调查样本进行主成分分析,提出IT类大学生就业创业素质影响因素,为IT类大学生就业创业素质教育和高校教学改革提供理论依据。

To guide and promote IT students' employment and entrepreneurship ability,influence factors arevery important. Based on IT related majors of Shenyang Normal University and Shenyang Institute of Engineering,asurvey questionnaire about IT college students' employment and entrepreneurship qualities is formulated. Thereliability of questionnaire is analyzed,and a final questionnaire is formated. 1114 samples are analyzed by usingfactor analysis with SPSS13.0,influence factors are presented. It provides the theory basis on entrepreneurship andemployment education of IT students and teaching reform.
