学校效能的理念与发展新思路

摘要 学校效能包括学生效能、教师效能、行政效能和家长参与四个方面,以学生为主轴,它所追求的是教育的品质与卓越,以及教育正义与均等的实现。影响学校效能的因素有学校和人员两个方面。为了建立一所有效能的学校,校长应提升管理能力、结合教师的专业和热心的家长,共同致力于校务的经营;同时也应结合社会资源,活化校园与教学,彰显学校特色;行政人员应不断沟通与协调,提升行政水平;此外,学校也要能够合理安排课程和科学评量学校的学业能力表现,确保实现每一个学生的发展。 School performance includes student performance, teacher effectiveness, administrativeeffectiveness and parental involvement. It is student-centered. It pursues the quality and excellence of education,and the realization of educational justice and equality. Factors affecting school performance are both school andpersonnel. In order to establish a school of all performance,principals should enhance the management capacity,combined with professional teachers and enthusiastic parents,the school is committed to the business; also shouldbe combined with social resources,revitalize the campus and teaching,highlighting the school characteristics;Continuous communication and coordination,to enhance the administrative level; In addition,the school shouldalso be able to rationalize the curriculum and scientific assessment of the school's academic performance,to ensurethat the development of each student.
