基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的黄牛鞋面革预处理及鞣制工艺探究 被引量:8

摘要 对基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的黄牛鞋面革鞣制工艺进行研究,先对不同预处理材料进行筛选,然后通过正交试验,以坯革的收缩温度和鞣制废液中化学需氧量作为评价指标,综合考察预处理剂用量、锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量、初始液比、提碱终点pH及提碱后升温对评价指标的影响,得出了最佳鞣制工艺,即预处理材料为戊二醛,用量为2%,锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量为10%,初始液比为90%,提碱终点pH为4.2~4.3,提碱后升温至40℃。通过优化工艺得到的坯革收缩温度可达91℃以上,耐水洗、耐酸碱性能优异,并且物理机械性能与铬鞣革不相上下。此外,鞣制废液中不含重金属铬,且COD含量和色度明显低于常规铬鞣法,清洁优势显著。 The pre-tanning and tanning technology of cattle hide upper leather based on Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was researched.The different pre-tanning materials were screened in the study,and then orthogonal experiment was designed by using the crust leather shrinkage temperature and COD content in waste tanning liquor as the evaluation indexes,in which these factors were investigated,including pre-tanning material dosage,Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent dosage,initial liquid ratio,basifying final pH and raising temperature after basifying.The best tanning technology is that pre-tanning with 2% glutaraldehyde,the dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent is 10%,the initial liquid ratio is 90%,basifying final pH is 4.2~4.3 and raising temperature after basifying to 40℃.The results indicate that the shrinkage temperature of the crust leather,tanned with best tanning technology,is up to 91℃,the acid and alkali resistant ability and the water resistant ability are excellent,and the physical-mechanical properties are similar to chrome tanned leather.In addition,the best tanning technology has a significant cleaning advantage,in wihich tanning waste liquid does not contain heavy metal chromium,the COD content and colority are significantly less than the conventional chrome tanning.
