摘要
提出一种横向磁场磁通反向电机结构,电机中的永磁体与电枢绕组均位于定子侧,转子齿嵌入开槽的非导磁材料转子筒中,定转子铁心均可由硅钢片叠压制成。相比传统横向磁场电机,横向磁场磁通反向电机具有结构简单、加工方便的优点。介绍了电机的基本结构,阐述了电机的基本工作原理。利用傅里叶级数法推导了电机的反电动势、电磁转矩以及定位转矩的表达式。利用三维有限元方法,分析了电机的永磁磁链、反电动势、定位转矩和电磁转矩等基本特性。在其基础上研制一台样机并进行初步实验研究,实验结果与有限元结果相吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性。
A transverse-flux flux reversal motor is presented. Both permanent magnet and armature winding of the proposed motor are fixed in the stator side, the rotor structure is simple and reliable. Both stator and rotor core can be manufactured by steel sheet, it is more convenient and cheaper in manufacturing than traditional transverse flux motors. The basic structure and working principle are introduced. The expressions of no-load back electromotive force, electrical torque and cogging torque are deduced by Fourier series method. In additional, the three-dimensional finite element model is built to analyze some basic characteristics of the motor such as no-load flux linkage, torque and cogging torque. A prototype is designed and manufactured, the no-load back electromotive force and static torque experiments are carried out, the experiment results can agree with the FEM results, which verifies the accuracy of analysis.
