"相互依存"是医学教育改革的背景,也是医学教育改革的必然趋势和迫切要求。在国家深化医学教育改革背景下,在相互依存的世界里,对医学教育的特点进行重新梳理,把握医学教育规模的适度性、过程的实践性、要求的职业性、基地的社会性、成本的高值性等规律,顺应医学教育模式、体系、内容、方法、过程的发展趋势,在医教协同、连续统一、标准化、全球化等趋势下,提出我国高等医学教育改革的应对策略,最终实现提高医学教育质量、培养卓越医学人才的目的。
