从相互依存视角看我国高等医学教育改革 被引量:3

摘要 "相互依存"是医学教育改革的背景,也是医学教育改革的必然趋势和迫切要求。在国家深化医学教育改革背景下,在相互依存的世界里,对医学教育的特点进行重新梳理,把握医学教育规模的适度性、过程的实践性、要求的职业性、基地的社会性、成本的高值性等规律,顺应医学教育模式、体系、内容、方法、过程的发展趋势,在医教协同、连续统一、标准化、全球化等趋势下,提出我国高等医学教育改革的应对策略,最终实现提高医学教育质量、培养卓越医学人才的目的。 "Interdependence" is the background of the reform of medical education in the future, and it is also the inevitable trend and urgent requirement of the reform of medical education. Under the background of deepening reform of medical education and in the interdependent world, we re-card the characteristics of the medical education, grasping suitability of the size of the medical education, practicality of the process, occupational of the requirement, sociality of the practice base, and the high value of cost. Comply with the trend of the model, system, content, methods and process of medical education, in the medical teaching collaboration, continuum, standardization and Globalization trend, we puts forward strategies to cope with the reform of higher medical education in China, and ultimately to improve the quality of medical education, cultivate excellent medical talents.
