摘要
应用解淀粉芽孢杆菌TCCC11319的发酵酶液制成的酶粉来处理制革固体废弃物:裸皮屑、原料皮屑、铬革屑和浸灰皮屑,并从酶解温度、p H、酶浓度3个方面初步确定其最佳酶解条件,为后期制革固体废弃物酶法处理工艺的开发奠定基础。通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)进一步分析了废弃物酶解液中氨基酸成分,为后续酶解产物的进一步应用提供理论依据。
The enzyme produced by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TCCC11319 was used to degrade pelt scraps, raw hide scraps, chrome leather scraps and liming scraps. The optimum enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were preliminarily discussed from three aspects of temperature, pH, enzyme concentration. It provides a foundation for the using of enzymatic hydrolysis technology in the treatment of tannery solid wastes. The amino acid composition of the solid wastes enzymatic hydrolysates was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), providing theoretical basis for the further application of enzymatic hydrolysates.
