摘要
以某化纤和棉纱企业的智能调温粘胶纤维、棉纤维为试验材料,混纺织造出5组智能调温纤维/棉纱混纺鞋材试样。综述了智能调温混纺鞋材的织造方法及工艺参数,并对5组不同混比鞋材的尺寸稳定性、拉伸性、顶破性、耐磨性、起毛起球性、透气性、透湿性及保暖性进行测试,深入分析智能调温粘胶纤维和棉纤维混合比例对混纺鞋材各项性能的影响。通过对试验数据的比较与分析得出,智能调温粘胶纤维的含量与鞋材的各项性能具有密切相关性,为智能调温混纺鞋材的开发提供理论依据。
Using intelligent thermostat viscose fiber and cotton fiber of one chemical fiber and cotton yarn company as testing materials, 5 groups of fiber/cotton blended weaving intelligent thermostat shoe material samples were prepared. The weaving method and process parameters of the intelligent thermostat blended shoe materials were summarized. The dimensional stability, elongation, top breakage, abrasion resistance, pilling tendency, breathability, moisture-penetrability and thermal insulation properties of the five different mixing materials were tested. The influ- ence of different mixing ratios of intelligent thermostat fiber and cotton fiber contents on the properties of blended shoe materials was analyzed. Through comparison and analysis of the experimental data, it is concluded that the content of the intelligent thermostat fiber is closely related to the performance of the shoe materials, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the intelligent thermostat blended shoe materials.
