信息化助力社区药学服务新模式

社区药学服务在国外受到高度重视,但在国内尚处于发展初期,存在诸多问题。介绍了深圳市罗湖医院集团在社区药学服务方面的实践,分享了以信息化手段提升社区药学服务的思路,包括建立社区智慧药房,将药师从处方调剂工作中解放出来;设置网络药师,提高基层药学服务质量;设置社区临床药师,到居民身边提供药学服务;建立老年合理用药大学,提高老人合理用药水平等。

Community pharmaceutical care are highly valued in foreign countries, but is still in the early stages of development in China. It has many problems. The article introduces the practice of commtinity pharmacy care in the Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group such as establishing conlmunity smart pharmacy to release pharmacist from prescription, setting network pharmacists to improve the quality of basic pharmaceutical care, setting up community pharmacists to provide phamlaceutical care, establishing the elderly rational drug use university to improve the elder＇s rational drug use.
