饮食护理在消化性溃疡患者护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of diet nursing in the nursing of patients with peptic ulcer

目的 分析饮食护理在消化性溃疡患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取消化性溃疡患者96例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=48）和对照组（n=48）,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予饮食护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 观察组总有效率（95.83%）显著高于对照组（68.75%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=25.159,P〈0.01）;观察组患者饮食知识的掌握度为81.25%,显著高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.696,P〈0.01）;观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组溃疡复发率（4.17%）显著低于对照组（16.67%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.369,P〈0.01）.结论 在消化性溃疡患者的护理中应用饮食护理干预,能够有效提高患者的治疗总有效率,提高患者对饮食知识的掌握度,改善患者的生活质量,并降低复发率.

Objective To analyze the effect of diet nursing in the nursing of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 96 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group （ n=48 ） and control group （n=48） according to the digital table. The control group was treated with routine care intervention,the observation group was given diet nursing care on the basis of routine nursing care. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（95. 83%） was significantly higher than 68. 75%of the control group （χ2 =25. 159,P〈0. 01）. The mastery of diet knowledge of the observation group was 81. 25%, which was significantly higher than 62. 50% of the control group （χ2 =8. 696,P〈0. 01）. The scores of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of ulcer of the observation group （4. 17%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（16. 67%）（χ2 =8. 369,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The application of diet nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with peptic ulcer can effectively improve the total effective rate,improve patients＆#39; mastery of dietary knowledge,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the recurrence rate and has good clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
