肠激惹综合征（Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS）是一种全世界最普遍的胃肠功能紊乱疾病,临床症状主要以反复腹痛、排便习惯改变（腹泻或便秘）和大便性状异常等,持续存在或反复发作,严重影响患者的日常生活.如何为IBS患者拟订合理的治疗方案是目前迫切要解决的问题.本研究对IBS的发病机制与病理生理学、IBS的治疗的最新进展进行综述.

Irritable bowel syndrome （ IBS ） is one of most common gastrointestinal dysfunction diseases in worldwide,it often causes recurrent abdominal pain,bowel habit change （ diarrhea or constipation） ,abnormal defecate character and so on. These symptoms occur recurrently and persistently,which seriously affects the patient＆#39;s daily life. How to make a rational treatment plan for IBS patients is an urgent problem to be solved. This article reviews the recent advances in pathogenesis and treatment of IBS.
