烟气脱硝催化剂是燃煤电厂SCR脱硝系统的重要组成。阐述了堵塞、覆盖、烧结、磨蚀和中毒造成催化剂失活的原理,并详细介绍了水洗再生、热再生、酸碱液再生、活性盐溶液活化再生、氧化烧炭再生、补充活性成分再生和微波再生七种催化剂再生方法和国内再生应用案例。
Catalyst for flue gas denitrification is the core component of the SCR system in coal-fired power plants. The paper expounded the principle of catalyst deactivation caused by blackage,covering,sintering,abrasion,and poisoning. Introduced seven regeneration measures of catalyst for flue gas denitrification including water washing,thermal regeneration,acid and alkali treatment,regeneration by active salt solution,oxidation charcoal regeneration,regeneration by supplementing active ingredients and microwave regeneration,also introduced two application cases of regeneration in coal-fired power plants.
