摘要
为研究和评价电凝并技术在燃煤电厂生产实践中的应用效果,在某燃煤电厂进行不同工况条件下电除尘器试验,结果表明,基于电凝并技术的凝聚器虽然小幅增加了本体阻力,但除尘效率和除尘器出口浓度的数据表明,提升除尘效果明显,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to research and evaluate the practical effect of electrostatic agglomeration technology on a coal-fired power plant,the result based on electrostatic precipitator experiments in different conditions shows that electrostatic agglomeration technology has a broad application prospects of the electrostatic precipitator.Though it increase the system resistance slightly,it has a obvious effect on dedusting,according to the experimental data of the dust collecting rate and the outlet concentration of electrostatic precipitator.
