摘要
控制除盐水系统中的总有机碳(TOC)含量,能够预防热力系统的腐蚀,延长机组寿命。概述了核电站除盐水系统中TOC的来源与去除方法,为核电站除盐水系统控制TOC含量提供参考。反渗透膜可以去除水中大部分的有机物、除盐水用树脂建议采用凝胶型阳树脂与大孔型阴树脂的组合、树脂在投运前尽量进行预处理、除盐水箱尽可能采用不锈钢材质、除盐水系统投运初期应进行连续冲洗以确保系统中的TOC满足要求;
Control the TOC( Total Organic Carbon) in demineralized water is beneficial to prevent corrosion and prolong equipment service life. This paper mainly introduced the hazards,sources and removal methods of TOC in demineralized water system of nuclear power plant. RO can remove most of the TOC,the combination of gel-type cation resin and macroporous anion resin are recommended,and resins should be pretreated before used,the stainless steel water tank storage are recommended,the whole system should be continuous washing before putting in service,so that TOC of ultrafiltration reverse osmosis membrane and resins can be washed as possible.
