摘要
从碱液管道应力腐蚀的破坏性出发,探讨碱液管道开裂泄漏的形成机理。通过总结碱液管道开裂的腐蚀情况和处理措施,明确消除管道内应力、控制管道和碱液作业温度、降低碱液浓度可有效避免碱脆现象的发生。
From the damage property of stress corrosion of lye pipeline leakage,discuss the formation mechanism of pipe cracking. Through summarizing the corrosion condition and treatment measures of lye pipeline,clearly eliminate inner stress of pipeline,control the operating temperature of pipeline and lye and reduce the concentration of lye can effectively avoid the occurrence of pipe cracking phenomenon.
