摘要
三维打印,俗称3D打印,作为快速成形技术的一种,是一种以数字模型文件为基础,运用粉末状金属或塑料等可粘合材料,通过逐层填涂打印的方式来构造物体的技术。在对3D打印机基本结构原理进行分析的同时,提出了一个新的改进方案——便携式3D打印机的设计。基于原有的立式设计,本设计采用铰链结构改为折叠式设计,以减少3D打印机不工作时所占的空间,起到方便携带的效果。
Three-dimensional printing, commonly known as 3D printing, as a kind of rapid prototyping technology, is based on a digital model of a file, the use of powdered metal or plastic material can be bonded technology to construct the object by filling a print mode. In this paper, while analyzing basic structure and principle of the 3D printer is put forward portable design a new improved 3D printer. Based on the original vertical design, this design adopts the hinge structure for folding design, in order to reduce the 3D printer for not working space, convenient to carry effect, also the structure of the modular design, greatly reduce the disassembly process of the printer. The printer can be more convenient to be assembled and disassembled.
