摘要
针对配电网信息交互的瓶颈,基于纵向信息关联以及横向业务关联的理念,构建了配网调度系统信息集成平台。通过纵向关联设计,涵盖配电网调控信息采集、传输、建模以及分类存储全过程,并通过横向关联设计配电网调控信息集成平台与其他业务系统的信息交互方法。此外,分析了实现调控信息集成平台的关键技术。所提供的配电网调控信息集成平台设计与应用方法将为配电网信息交互与应用创造条件,具有重大的应用价值与工程意义。
In the view of the barrier of the information interaction, based on the vertical information relation and the horizontal business relevance, this paper designed a dispatch system data acquisition platform for the distribution network. In the vertical structure designation, this platform accumulates the whole process of the dispatch information in the distribution network such as collection, transmission, modeling and classified storage. Moreover, in the horizontal strueture the data interaction is designed tor this platform and the other husiness systems. This paper also analyzed the crucial technologies for realizing this platform. Tbe design and the application of the dispatch system data acquisition platform will realize the information interaction, which own the great importance in the application and engineering.
