摘要 据《广东省质监局关于下达2013年综合标准化建设试点项目的通知》(粤质监标函[2014]43号),深圳华大基因科技有限公司与广东省标准化研究院联合开展了广东省基因产业综合标准化试点工作,历时3年,经过综合标准体梳理、选择与确认,以高通量基因测序全流程为试点主体,构建了高通量基因测序综合标准体系,经过体系的实施运行与改进,规范了高通量基因测序的全流程,形成了科学、技术、标准、产业相互促进的发展模式,取得了显著的试点效益。 In this paper, according to the notice on pilot project of comprehensive standardization construction in 2013 issued by Guangdong Quality Inspection Bureau (Guangdong quality standard letter [2014] No.43), Shenzhen Genomics Technology co., Ltd., and Guangdong Institute of Standardization carry out the pilot work of gene industry comprehensive standardization in Guangdong province, and construct the comprehensive standards system on high- throughput sequencing after 3 years' combing, selecting and confirming the comprehensive standards complex with the high-throughput gene sequencing whole process as the main body in the pilot. Through implementation, operation and improvement, the standards system has regulated the whole process of high-throughput gene sequencing, formed the development mode with the mutual promotion of science, technology and standard, and obtained remarkable benefit from the pilot.
