A Review of the Development of Uniform Social Credit Code

统一社会信用代码标识是我国所有合法机构的基本信息通过平台进行统一管理,采取信息化手段建立起具有中国特色的"单位实名制"。统一社会信用代码标识作为单位法人身份证号码,对各类单位法人信息动态分析管理,为我国进行诚信体系建设和社会监督管理提供了有力支撑。本文通过组织机构代码和统一社会信用代码的构成特点、制度管理、存在问题等方面对统一社会信用代码发展进行综述。

Uniform social credit code identification is the ＂real name system of organizations＂ with Chinese characteristics that is established by information-based means where the basic information of all domestic legal entities are uniformly management through a public platform. As the ID number of a legal entity, it dynamically analyzes and manages all types of legal entity information, and provides useful support for the credit system establishment and social supervision and management. This paper comprehensively reviews the development of uniform social credit code in terms of characteristics, systemic management and existing problems.
