摘要
运用误差传递公式分析了影响食品接触材料及制品中重金属迁移量检测结果偏差的3个因素,其中接触面积影响最大。举例说明了由于国标中不锈钢钢板接触面积计算规定的不尽合理,产生了较大偏差。指出了GB5009.156-2016附录中圆头方尾筷及碗边缘接触面积的计算公式有误,并给出新的公式。最后,提出了6项建议供今后修订标准时作为参考。
The error propagation formula shows three factors to influence testing heavy metal migration in food contact materials and products, in which the contact area is the most important factor. Taking stainless steel plate as an example, large deviation produced in the detection result because the rules of the national standard, for calculating their contact area, is not reasonable. Some errors occurred in formulas of the appendix to GB 5009.156-2016 by which contact area of head square tail chopsticks and bowl edge are appointed to calculate. Meanwhile, the new accurate formulas are provided. Six suggestions are put forward to revise these standards in the future.
