摘要
本文从技术性贸易措施(TBT)风险预警角度,对近年我国纺织服装出口美国、加拿大遭受召回和通报违规数据进行研究,得出风险因素集中的情形和应对策略,并对近期出台的技术法规、标准等市场准入信息进行解读,以期为纺织服装出口北美市场的生产企业、贸易企业和监控等部门提供TBT应对参考。
From the perspective of TBT （Technical Barriers to Trade） risk alerts, this paper studies the recall and violation date of textile and apparel exported to USA and Canada in recent years, getting the result of high risk factors and coping strategies. On the other hand, the paper interprets the recent market access information such as technical regulations and standards in order to provide TBT countermeasures for manufacturers, trading companies and supervisory authorities exporting textile and apparel to North America.
