摘要 有限元仿真分析可快速地对工程结构的合理性做出判断,而采用试验来验证仿真分析方法对提升工程结构合理性评判的准确度有重要意义。以某城市轨道客车车体为例,一方面,阐述车体结构强度的有限元分析过程及其注意事项,得到仿真分析数据;另一方面,采用试验台进行车体静强度试验,得到实际的试验数据。对2种数据进行对比,结果表明其差异在可接受范围内。 Finite element simulation analysis can judge the rationality in the engineering structure quickly. Howev-er,it is very significant to improving the accuracy in rationally evaluating the engineering structure by verifying thesimulation analysis method via tests. Taking the car body of an urban rail passenger car for example,on one hand,the article specifies the finite element analysis process and matters needing attention concerning the car body structur-al strength,with the simulation analysis data obtained. On the other hand,it specifies the static strength test the carbody by using a test stand,with the practical test data obtained. The article compares the two data,with the resultshowing that the difference is acceptable.
