摘要
降低阴极铜总电单耗对降低生产成本、提高技术经济指标、提升企业竞争力,有着重要的意义。通过分析历年来车间电耗高的原因,针对各类因素进行分析,区别对待生产和净化电解液能耗;同时介绍了2014年车间所采取的措施。经过生产实践后大幅优化了能耗指标。
It is a great significance to reduce the unit power consumption of cathode copper to reduce pro-duction cost,improve economic and technical indicators and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. By analyzing the reasons for the high power consumption and the factors of the workshop over years, treats electrolyte energy consumption in production and purification separately,the paper introduces the meas-ures taken in the workshop in 2014,optimizes the energy consumption index in the production practice.
