微量元素硒和维生素E抗脂质过氧化研究

Influences of Trace Element Selenium and Vitamin E on Serum Lipid Peroxide,GSH-Px and GPT in Rabbit

目的 了解硒和维生素E对兔血清脂质过氧化物、GSH -Px和SGPT的影响。方法 给兔注射亚硒酸钠(0 1mg/kg)和VE(40mg/kg)共 6周。 结果 全血Se和血清VE明显升高 ;Se和VE能明显降低血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平 ,能明显增加血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性而使血清谷 -丙转氨酶 (SGPT)活性降低。结论 Se和VE与LPO、GSH -Px和SGPT之间存在一定的相关性 。

Objective To discuss effects of selenium and vitamin E on SOD,GSH-Px and SGPT of rabbit's serum.Methods Rabbits were injected with sodiun selenite(0.1mg/kg) and or vitamin E(40mg/kg) for six weeks.Results The serum lipid peroxide level and the activity of SGPT were decreased significantly and the activity of plcama glutathione peroxidase(GPH-Px)was increased significantly.Conclusion There existed relations among LPO,SGPT,GSH-Px and Se,VE.
