分析阳光体育的内涵及其在辽宁各高校中实施现状及存在的问题,指出其根源在长效机制的缺乏。在此基础上,探讨长效机制的构成要素及构建长效机制的必要性所在。并就辽宁省构建阳光体育长效机制从四个方面提出了相应的策略。

This paper analyzes the connotation of sunshine sports,the practical condition in the colleges and its problems,ascribes the problems of lack of long-term effective mechanism,discusses the ingredients of long-term effective mechanism and the necessity of building it,puts up with some strategies in 4 aspects to building long-term effective mechanism in Liaoning province.
