对我国校园足球的反思

About reflections on campus football in our country

采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,对我国校园足球开展过程中存在的问题进行研究,针对校园足球在开展过程中存在机制不够完善,资金与场地不足,教练员短缺,水平不高,家长不重视,校园足球的实施形式,校园足球与应试教育的冲突等问题,提出:完善竞赛与管理体制,增加资金投入,加强教练员的培训质量与培养数量,调整足球特色学校的升学体制,提高校园足球在家长和学校中的认可度等对策。

By using the methods of documents, interview and logical analysis, this paper studies the existingproblems in the development of campus football in our country, in views of the insufficiency of the mechanism ofcampus football, the shortage of fund and space, the shortage of coaches, the low level, the form of campus football,the conflict between campus football and exam-oriented education, this paper puts forward countermeasures suchas improving competition and management system, increasing capital investment, strengthening the trainingquantity of coaches, adjusting the system of football characteristic school, and improving the recognition in parentsand schools.
