有氧运动改善糖尿病肾脏病变及其影响机制研究

A study on the aerobic exercise improving diabetic nephropathy and its influencing mechanism

糖尿病肾脏病变作为糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,具有较高的致残、致死率。目前研究显示其发病机制与遗传因素、代谢紊乱、肾脏血流动力学改变和氧化应激等因素有关。合理的有氧运动可以改善血脂代谢,加强心血管及呼吸功能,提高机体氧化代谢功能。通过分析有氧运动对糖尿病肾脏病变的影响机制及干预作用,以期为改善糖尿病肾脏病变提供参考。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most serious complications of diabetes,with high disability andfatality rate. Recently,the research shows that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is related to geneticfactors,such as metabolic disorders,changes in renal hemodynamic,oxidative stress. Aerobic exercise canimprove blood lipid metabolism,enhance cardiovascular and respiratory function and boost oxygen metabolicfunction of body. By analyzing the mechanism of aerobic exercise in improving the diabetic nephropathy and itsinfluence,so as to provide references for promoting the diabetic nephropathy.
